How have you all been staying active?

During this pandemic are you wondering if you really need the gym and it’s equiptment. Depending on your goals ofcourse – – like if you love lifting heavy and you are competing I get it, it’s been interesting for me improving my perforance with my home equiptment and I have been satisfied. If I had a house I would totally have my own home gym. But here are a few items I have in home that helps.

Kettle bells, resistant bands, stationary bike, dumbells, also add a pull up bar that fits your door and you can have a solid workout and maintain and improve fitness. These items below total to around $400. Not bad if you don’t want a gym membership.
